Application forms are linked in the table below. Before submitting their application, applicants are required to set up a Pre-Application Meeting. (This step may be waived for minor application types).
During this meeting, staff will provide you with information on the application process, including the proper form to fill out and how to submit your application.
To set up this Pre-Application Meeting, please complete the Pre-Application Meeting Request Form and submit it to the Planning Department via the web form at the bottom of this page.
Your form will be emailed to staff, who will then contact you to set up your meeting.
Applications and Forms
To be eligible for the next public meeting (Administrative Hearing, Appeals Hearing, Architectural Review Commission, or Planning Commission) applicants must submit a complete application by the month prior's meeting date. Once staff has verified that your application is complete, they will contact you to process fee payment. See current application fees in the consolidated fee schedule.
Please note: submitting an application by the eligibility date does not guarantee it will be scheduled for the next meeting date. If an application requires extended staff review, or revisions, it may be scheduled for a later date instead.
