Proposed Budget for 2013-2014 Fiscal Year

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cottonwood Heights city council will hold a public hearing on 28 May 2013, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practical, at 1265 East Ft. Union Blvd., Suite 300, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive input on (a) the proposed amended budget for Cottonwood Heights for the period of 1 July 2012 through 30 June 2013; and (b) the proposed budget for Cottonwood Heights for the period of 1 July 2013 through 30 June 2014. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed amended budget for the current fiscal year and of the proposed budget for the 2013-2014 fiscal year are available for public review at 1265 East Ft. Union Blvd., Suite 250, Cottonwood Heights, Utah during normal business hours. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Cottonwood Heights will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing. Request for assistance can be made by calling (801)944-7020 at least 48 hours before the hearing.

Dates for filing a declaration of candidacy for the Cottonwood Heights municipal offices are June 3 – 17, 2013, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Declaration of candidacy forms or nominating petitions must be filed in person with the City Recorder at 1265 East Fort Union Blvd, Suite 250, Cottonwood Heights, UT.
