Records Request (GRAMA)


The Cottonwood Heights City Recorder's Office responds to all requests for records made under the Utah Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA). At this time, we will no longer accept GRAMA requests via this website. In order to request records, please do the following:

FOR POLICE RECORDS: All records requests must be made in person at the police department.  This includes all requests for police records from the media. The police department is located on the first floor of the city offices (1265 E. Fort Union Blvd.). Please make requests during regular office hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

 

FOR ALL OTHER RECORDS: GRAMA requests for city documents may be delivered in person or mailed to the city offices, located in suite 250 at the address listed above. Requests must be made during regular office hours, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Completed GRAMA request forms may also be emailed to Kory Solorio at ksolorio@ch.utah.gov.

The city has 10 business days to respond to all requests.
