Helpdesk is a way for residents to make comments or suggestions and also report problems within the city. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which can be used to track progress and responses from city staff online. Please note that Helpdesk tickets are monitored by staff during business hours only. Tickets submitted after hours or on weekends will be reviewed the following business day.
