Find Programs for All Ages at Whitmore Library
Posted on 05/01/2019

The month of May brings programs for every age at Salt Lake County’s Whitmore Library. Try Yoga for Beginners or bring your Pokémon or other collectible cards to play at the Deck Destroyers club. Families are invited to watch a Utah Puppet Theater performance of Stone Soup or be astounded by Amazing Adam, who is sure to delight audiences with juggling, illusions and all sorts of visual trickery.

Looking for a new job? The library’s Résumés and Cover Letters workshop, hosted by the Salt Lake Community College Writing Center, will give you the writing skills you need to succeed. And if great discussions are what you crave, the library has a nonfiction book club that meets throughout the year and will be discussing “American Radical,” by Tamer Elnoury this month.

To find out when these and other programs are happening at Whitmore, call or stop by the library or visit thecountylibrary.org to see a complete calendar of events.
