Graffiti

Graffiti can be reported to the Code Enforcement Officer by filing a complaint.  Please note, that private property is the responsibility of the property owner.  Public property will be handled through the city or as designated.  Please read  Municipal Code 09.05.050 for the code on Responsibility for Nuisances.  You can find the process in correcting graffiti and any action that may be taken by the city in the Municipal Code 09.05.070 thru 09.05.100.

Municipal Code 09.05.030.23 reads:

    Graffiti.  Graffiti which remains on the exterior of any building, fence, sign, or other structure and is visible from a public street.
